At Moonman, we want you to feel out of this world in your new gear, which is why we offer a 30-day hassle-free return window for all unworn and unwashed apparel. If your fit isn't quite right, we are here to help you navigate a seamless exchange or refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all Moonman tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
